About the role
About the Position: This position will serve as a Supervisory Training Specialist (Collective Training), Collective Training Division, Maneuver Support Center (MSCoE) located at Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri. Ft Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks.
The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.
What you will do
- Review Tables of Organizational Equipment (TOE) documents ensuring mission, manpower and equipment requirements Supervise the work of collective training developers.
- Establish workload priorities for collective training.
- Validate annual and long-range training ammunition requirements.
- Provide expert technical advice to training developers.
- Review and approve collective training products.
- Communicate with leadership from the MSCoE and the three proponent schools.
