Renewal periods, continuing-education hours and board contacts for each state we have documented. Every table carries the date it was last verified against the board's own site — check that date before you rely on anything here, and confirm with the board itself before you act.

Licensing tables publish one state at a time, each read directly from the state board's own site and stamped with the date it was checked. Nothing appears here until it has been verified at the source.
"Compact state" means the state participates in the Nurse Licensure Compact, so a multistate license issued by another compact state may be recognized. Compact membership and effective dates change — confirm current status with the board before relying on it.
