- You will resolve complex logistical challenges that impact the facility, ensuring that property, assets, and shipments are synchronized with manufacturing operations so that necessary material is always available.
- You will serve as the primary authority for all supply transactions and material movements.
- You will ensure full compliance with federal regulations and Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) protocols to keep the organization audit-ready You will lead and develop a team of supply management professionals.
- You will plan and assign work, set priorities, evaluate performance, make hiring decisions, and find ways to improve production and reduce bottlenecks.

This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-04 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15. This position has a control point; thus the salary range may be capped at the GS-15, step 05, which is equivalent to $184,760.
If your current salary is above this amount, your salary may be matched. This announcement uses the Acquisition Demo Business and Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Several vacancies may be filled. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if the selectee fails to meet the pre-employment requirements, including failure to report to any of the scheduled appointments.
