About the Position: This position is located at the Directorate of Strategic Management Future Integrations Office, at Letterkenny Army Depot. The Selectee may be expected to Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) up to 50% of the time for this position to Kuwait.

This position supports senior engineers to improve Allied Partner's equipment readiness by preparing production repair plans that meet the scope of work.

  • Train individuals and groups in the practical knowledge of a wide range of technical engineering methods, principles, requirements, work techniques, and practices associated with depot maintenance and field operation.
  • Analyze designs, drawings, specifications, models, manufacturing techniques, inspection criteria, packaging documents and/or similar information based upon well-established conventional engineering practices.
  • Assist in identifying alternative parts, materials, and sources for unavailable components.
  • Modifies and adapts engineering documentation for electronics materiel.
  • Enhance product quality, improve process efficiency, and reduce environmental and safety risks.

This position requires a 1 year probationary period in during which the agency evaluates your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
