- Directs, coordinates and oversees continuity of operations and emergency management programs, including development, implementation and evaluation of strategies, policies and procedures for continuity, emergency response and recovery activities.
- Directs, coordinates and oversees resiliency programs that enhance security of personnel, information, assets and reputation.
- Detect, deter and mitigate insider threats; prevent workplace violence; ensure safety of employees and the public; and ensure capability to perform mission essential functions during emergencies.
- Responsible for promoting emergency preparedness by increasing employee awareness of emergency procedures, life safety resources and workplace resilience initiatives.
- Represents office in meetings, briefings and workgroups with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement, legal and oversight entities.
- Collaborates with security, facilities, safety, first responders, law enforcement and other stakeholders to ensure effective emergency planning, communication and response.

This position does not have an educational requirement. Education cannot be used in lieu of (or in addition to) Specialized Experience.
