You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT BRANCH of NSMWDC DET DAHLGREN.
What you will do
- You will support the development of capabilities for Surface Ship Defense System (SSDS) equipped ships, initial development of Fleet Tactics and doctrine, and provide technical support for projects aimed at improving warfighting capability.

- You will be responsible for providing well researched position papers and briefings that provide recommendations to develop and execute a comprehensive surface force plan.
- You will track and align efforts in surface force testing, experimentation, concept development and tactics, techniques and procedures validation.
- You will coordinate the integration of warfighting requirements based on current and projected fleet needs, and direction from fleet leadership.
