About the role
This position is with The Department of Health Agency, Army Medical Center Madigan, Department of Surgery of Obstetrics/Gynecology located in Tacoma, Washington. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. Relocation and Recruitment incentive may be authorized.

What you will do

- Perform advanced examination and treatment of patients referred for consultation.

Total annual salary will consist of a GS Base Pay rate combined with a non-locality 'Market Pay' supplement. Market pay is determined by an Activity Compensation Panel of peer physicians who will evaluate the selectee's clinical specialty, board certifications, regional market data, and depth of professional experience.
Market Pay is then reviewed every 24 months to ensure compensation remains competitive and aligned with the local healthcare market.
