About the Position: This position is located at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Federal employees in Alaska are currently entitled to receive a 1.49% Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary.

What you will do

• Provide support and input for the coordination of administrative services (e.g., scheduling, templates, staffing, and training) performed within the health care facilities or offices.
• Enter, upload maintain, review, and/or update health care records (e.g., patient data, patient identifiers).
• Assess patients' administrative needs and provide guidance or assistance in resolving patient concerns.
• Provide clear and concise directions for patient care.

Selection is subject to restrictions resulting from Department of Defense referral system for displaced employees. Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. Salary includes applicable locality pay or Local Market Supplement.
