About the role
This position is part of the Office of Management, Department of Energy. As a Management and Program Analyst, you will focus on the logistical execution of the Headquarters (HQ) move and is responsible for developing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
The role is to ensure the move proceeds smoothly, on schedule, and within budget, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

- Veterans shape the future of energy As a Management and Program Analyst (Move Coordination Working Group Team Lead), you will: Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans for large-scale move activities, including schedules, resources, milestones, and communications.
- Coordinate move activities across Departmental organizations, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure resources, equipment, personnel, and interdependent tasks are aligned.
- Monitor project performance, analyzes risks and issues, and recommends or implements adjustments needed to keep move activities on schedule and within established requirements.
- Establish and apply review processes to ensure move activities comply with applicable policies, regulations, quality requirements, and established standards.
- Analyze project and management information and develops reports, briefings, recommendations, and other information to support senior management decisions.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to project participants and coordinates their work to resolve complex problems and accomplish project objectives.
