About the role

About the position: This position will be assigned to Robins AFB, GA This is a Regular Full Time (RFT) position with benefits medical, dental, life insurance, retirement, 401(k), and annual/sick leave.

What you will do

• Responsible for the full range of both course and facility operational management and maintenance of the golf course.
• Implements higher-level directives, formulates procedures and programs to ensure high standards of food and beverage, recreational, and promotional programs.
• Establishes, reviews, and evaluates food service and purchase of supplies, equipment, and resale merchandise.
• Establishes financial goals commensurate with market analysis of area or region.
• Prepares budget, analyzes financial results, and maintains solid financial condition of the facility and course.
• Responsible for workforce management, recruitment, and staff training.
• Manages real property resources, and provides expert advice on renovations, improvements, and minor and major construction.
• Promotes, organizes, schedules, and conducts tournaments, matches, special events, and daily course activities.
• Conducts or ensures conduct of golf lessons.
• Ensures course, putting green, chipping practice area, golf carts, and rental equipment are correctly maintained.
• Oversees the operation of a pro shop and/or snack bar.

Education
