About the role
You will serve as a RIGGER SUPERVISOR I in the RIGGER SHOP (72A), RIGGING, CRANE AND RIGGING OPERATIONS DIV CODE 220, LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT CODE 200 of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

- You will be responsible for selecting the best personnel, planning, oversight, and technical work direction of combined rigging personnel to ensure safe damage free handling of shipboard equipment, material and components.

- You will provide administrative management over shop operations including time keeping.
- You will determine training, safety and occupational health, facility/equipment maintenance, quality of work, flow of materials, and sequence of operations.
