About the role
This vacancy is for a GS-0081-8, Firefighter (Intermediate Life Support) located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE KODIAK FIRE SAFETY DIVISION -FF in KODIAK, Alaska.
What you will do
- You will serve as a Firefighter (Intermediate Life Support) and be responsible for the immediate response to fire alarms, and the control and extinguishment of fires as well as the maintenance and use of firefighting apparatus and equipment.

- MAXIMUM ENTRY AGE: This position requires a maximum entry age for an initial appointment; applicants cannot have reached their 37th birthday by the date of appointment.
