  • You will conduct inspections, evaluations, and corrective actions, prepare compliance reports, secure funding for environmental initiatives, and recommend practical solutions that support lawful and effective operations.
  • You will organize engineering and environmental projects by establishing action plans, setting milestones, determining resource needs, coordinating with stakeholders, and tracking progress to achieve successful project completion.
  • You will review changing environmental requirements, research technical publications, interpret new laws and policies, and provide informed guidance that supports responsible decision making and consistent regulatory compliance.
  • You will assist organizational leaders by reviewing environmental documentation, preparing required compliance materials, supporting project planning, and performing additional duties that advance environmental stewardship and mission success.

Education

Degree: physical science, engineering, or mathematics that included 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science such as mechanics, dynamics, properties of materials, and electronics. or Combination of education and experience -- education equivalent to one of the majors shown above that included at least 24 semester hours in physical science and/or related engineering science, plus appropriate experience or additional education.
