THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a CONTRACT SPECIALIST, Position Description Number D2625000 / D2624000 / D2622000 and is part of the WY United States Property and Fiscal Office, Wyoming Army National Guard. This is a Title 32 Dual Status Technician Excepted Service position. Military affiliation is required.

- May take up to 120 days Must become a member of the Wyoming Army Nat'l Guard before appt May be required to successfully complete a two-year trial period Federal employment suitability is determined by a background investigation Recruitment/Relocation Incentives ARE NOT authorized PCS costs are not authorized.
- Must be willing to relocate at own expense if selected CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT AND NOTES: Technicians are paid through Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT) Military Technicians are ineligible for military enlistment, retention, and student loan repayment bonuses.
- Acceptance of a Technician position over 180 days will result in suspension or termination these military incentives.

- Must meet the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) requirements applicable to the duties of the position 4.
- Must meet the continuing acquisition requirements IAW DoDI 5000.66 5.
- IAW the Ethics in Government Act, 1978, required to file an OGE Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, upon appointment and will be required to file annually 6.
- Must obtain and maintain secret security clearance 7.
- Position is designated as Essential Personnel and may be subject to duty in preparation for, or in response to, a state emergency or disaster declaration.
- This designation will not exceed 14 calendar days per year unless otherwise approved in advance by the TAG
