Job Summary Our Intensive Home-Based Treatment Team is expanding! Positions available for East and West sides of Cuyahoga County. Please indicate preference when applying. The Intensive Home-Based Treatment Therapist will provide intensive services to a small caseload of 5-6 youth, that are diagnosed with emotional and/or behavioral problems, and their families, with the goal of either preventing out-of-home placement or facilitating a successful transition back to the home.
