Position Summary: The Discharge Coordinator owns the patient's journey from surgery to home. As the link between the surgical team, clients, referring veterinarians, and our rehabilitation partner, this role makes sure every orthopedic patient leaves Sirius Veterinary Orthopedic Center safely and on time, every owner goes home confident in post-operative care, and every referring clinic is kept informed.
