Job Description Job Description We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate therapist—licensed or working toward licensure—to join our clinical team. In this role, you’ll make a direct impact by supporting a manageable caseload of 6–13 clients through weekly individual therapy sessions, daily group facilitation, and ongoing treatment planning.
