THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D3021000 and is part of the IL 182 AW, National Guard.
What you will do
- As a UNIT PROGRAM COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), GS-0303-5/6/7, you will assist the lead CSS in managing daily administrative and unit-level support, execute assigned programs in line with the Personnel Services Delivery Guide (PSDG) and support training of personnel to maintain mission readiness and compliance with Air Force policies.

- Gather and analyze a variety of program data, prepares and presents analytical summaries, and makes recommendations for action based on findings.
- Develop, analyze, and advise on the effectiveness of work methods and procedures.
- Prepare detailed plans, justifications, and schedules for the conduct of studies.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents on study findings and recommendations.
- Prepare and deliver briefings to senior management on study findings and recommendations.
- Utilize a variety of software applications and automated systems to track, analyze, and report on program data.
