About the role

What you will do
- Leads and directs a team of technical training specialists to deliver operational and system‐based training for Senate staff, including prioritizing work, assigning tasks, coaching staff, and evaluating performance.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive operational training programs and learning resources that support effective use of office tools, technologies, and systems essential to daily Senate operations.
- Collaborates with Senate offices and committees, and supports the Senate community to assess training needs, identify operational challenges, and design learning solutions that enhance the Senate community’s effectiveness.
- Oversees the creation and delivery of instructor‐led workshops, digital learning modules, user guides, and job aids that translate complex technical and operational processes into clear, accessible instruction.
- Coordinates training initiatives to ensure alignment with emerging technologies, system updates, and operational changes, enabling staff to adapt effectively to evolving tools and workplace requirements.
- Evaluates and improves training programs and instructional materials by incorporating participant feedback, operational insights, and performance data to maintain relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the Senate’s needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree.
