About the role
The Supervisory VSR (Assistant Coach) will perform and maintain the daily responsibilities/duties in the absence of the coach. This announcement is being limited to the first 25 applications received.

- Analyzes and interprets laws, rules and regulations and their effect on the establishment of new policies, procedures, and/or methods of operation.
- Monitor leave balances, approve/deny leave, and certify timecards.
- Run production and workload reports.
- Communicate with senior management.

Requirements
- As a condition of employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year supervisory probationary period or 2-year trial period during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
