About the role
The incumbent serves as the Chief, Real Property Branch, Property and Logistics Division, Office of Management and is responsible for the Bureau's Real Estate Leasing and Building Operations and Maintenance.
Oversees staff and managerial work concerned with realty and building operations and maintenance actions and analyzing, developing, evaluating, or promoting improvements in the policies, plans, methods, procedures, and systems of the Real Property Branch.
