About the role
This position serves as a Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist, in the Office of Security, reporting directly to the Director of Security.
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the agency personnel security vetting program and exercising the authority to ensure that all agency personnel, including FTEs and contractors, are vetted according to the security regulations prescribed by Executive Orders other external orders, regulations and policies.

- Supervises and ensure all activities performed within the Personnel Security Division are conducted in accordance and compliance with applicable federal laws, executive orders, Suitability and Security Executive Agent policies, and USAGM procedures.
- Develops and implements standards for program performance to ensure alignment with agency objectives.
- Develops and implements metrics and establishes benchmarks for thePersonnel Security Division.

- This must also include permanent change of station orders, proof of veteran's 100% disability, DD-1300 Report of Casualty, and/or SF-15, as applicable.
- LMWFA: Applicants under the Land Management Workforce Flexibility Act must submit SF-50 forms to demonstrate service in eligible appointments for more than 24 months without a break.
- Proof of satisfactory performance (i.e. appraisals) during this period is also required.
