Supervisory Nurse (Community Health)

About the role

Provide a full range of supervisory duties to nursing and support staff. Engage patient care services within healthcare medical facilities and field locations such as home, office, schools, and communities. Use tracking systems to establish standards, provide tutorials to staff, and construction improvement activities.

What you will do

• Registered Nurse Total Compensation | Pay (ihs.gov) Conduct assessments of public health needs of the home, office, clinic, schools and communities.
• Formulate reports and proposals through data derived from national, state, area, and tribal resources.
• Establish measurable nursing goals for direct patient care.
• Provide technical guidance and training to subordinate nursing staff.
• Provide direct patient care services under a valid unrestricted license as a registered nurse.

Requirements

• This position requires the successful completion of a federal background investigation as a condition of employment.
