Organizational Location: This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Operations Support, Law Enforcement Safety and Compliance Directorate; Training Branch in Harpers Ferry, WV or Summit Point, WV.

  • The major duties for this position are listed below but not limited to: Directing staff responsible for training and formulating, developing, and resolving use of force policy within Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and is responsible for developing and implementing a service wide training program for CBP law enforcement personnel.

Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC): You must have successfully completed relevant Federal law enforcement training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) prior to entry into this position.

Entry-level training for Air and Marine Agents, Border Patrol Agents and Criminal Investigators meets this requirement.
