About the role

This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (MILITARY) (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D3019000 and is part of the FL 125th FW, National Guard.

What you will do

• As a SUPERVISORY HR SPECIALIST (MILITARY) (TITLE 32), GS-0201-11, plan, organize and direct the activities of assigned program areas, ensuring that legal and regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop goals and objectives that integrate organization and military human resources objectives and establish policies and procedures for accomplishment of the same.
• Coordinate, plan, and schedule with other organization managers and customers as appropriate.
• Review and provide advice on organization missions (Reorganization / Activation / Deactivation, etc.), functions, and manning of serviced units, including reorganization, activation, deactivation, and transformation.
• Identifies, analyzes, and provides recommendations to supervisor on significant issues and problems related to work accomplishment.
• Direct and implement military personnel programs of assignment in order to ensure highest levels of unit and personnel readiness to accomplish statewide military personnel programs.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-11: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related
