About the role
As a Supervisory HR Specialist (Employee Relations) you will serve as the agency's senior advisor responsible for leading and overseeing the agency-wide employee relations (ER) program within the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer.
If selected, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, implementing, and administering policies and programs for the complete spectrum of OPM employee relations programs.

- Directs or manages high-risk, high-visibility, or precedent-setting misconduct and performance cases.
- Ensures ER programs and practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, case law, and agency policy.
- Provides expert guidance, policy interpretation, and training to managers and stakeholders on employee relations matters.
