- Assure that all policy, regulatory, and program issuances are properly integrated and coordinated with other staff elements and are thereby fully supportive of ICE and OHC mission requirements, EEO program objectives, and the Federal Merit System principles.
- Develop, foster, and sustain long-term working relationships and collaborative efforts with OPM and DHS counterparts and ICE senior executives, program senior leadership, managers, and supervisors in the development of SES biennial allocation requests designed to meet short-term and long term needs.
