What you will do

- Provides direction, evaluates, and oversees the work of subordinate employees in all phases of preventive and repair maintenance.
- Identifies and programs minor construction projects, maintenance and repair projects.
- Makes plans and determines cost estimates, resources needed, and completion time for projects.
- Reviews plans, drawings, concept sketches, work orders and specifications, and performs other associated duties related to technical engineering.
- Establishes internal systems or procedures that will identify and correct potential problems from occurring.
- Ensures strict adherence to internal control and environmental procedures and requirements.
- Performs administrative duties such as project planning, forecasting, ordering and receiving parts, equipment and materials.
