About the role

- Develop and maintain procedures and training to support the data collection certification and quality programs.
- Monitors execution of on-the-job training and mentoring to support certification programs.

- Provides input to senior staff in formulating short-term and strategic plans.
- Advises senior management in national and regional offices of the likely impact of program and BLS initiatives on data collection, training and staff development, quality, resource utilization, and management goals.
