About the role
This position is located in the United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF) in Manhattan, Kansas.
You will serve as the first line supervisor for the BAS Section to implement 24 hour coverage, supervising Building Management Specialists with expertise in building automation controls systems (BAS) for monitoring and regulating the temperature, and humidity in support of biosafety containment laboratories. - Oversees the performance of operations and maintenance and provides input into the development of the utility budgets for facilities.
Requirements

Applicants who meet basic minimum qualifications will be placed in one of two or three categories: Best Qualified, Well Qualified, or Qualified.
Within these categories, applicants eligible for veteran's preference will receive selection priority over non-veterans.
