Nature of Work, Essential Functions & KSA's Under the immediate supervision of the Division Supervisor and under the general supervision of the Superintendent, perform semi-skilled and skilled labor in the maintenance, construction, repair and service work of City streets, rights-of-way, alleys, medians and storm water inlets as well as snow and ice control operations. May be assigned to any division within the Public Works Department as a substitute for individuals on vacation, sick leave, etc…
