Job Description AHRC NYC is currently seeking Per-Diem Residential Habilitation Counselors (RHC) to work one on one with people in their private homes and communities in all five boroughs . The RHC provides one to one services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the areas of Activities of daily living(ADL) Skills Training Development, Socialization, Recreation and Leisure Activities, and Utilization of Community Resources.
