Job Description Job Description Minimum 2 years of psych experience is required. Provides comprehensive nursing care, including physical and psychiatric assessments, medication administration, vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, treatments, pain management, wound care, and venipuncture. Manages the patient milieu, processes physician orders, documents care in the EHR, communicates clinical findings, and responds promptly to safety emergencies in accordance with agency policies.
