Description The Rehab nurse provides competent and compassionate care to patients with life-changing illnesses and injuries. From spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, and strokes to trauma and cancer patients, the Rehab nurse provides care to a wide range of diagnoses. With an average RN-patient ratio of 1 to 5, nurses in the 40-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit help their patients go through the recovery process and regain their independence, with the ultimate goal of returning home when possible…
