Description Inova Fairfax is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Stepdown team. On our 24-bed intermediate care unit, our team delivers specialized, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment, supporting patients through recovery following complex cardiac and vascular surgeries. This role will be full-time day night rotations (days vary); 7:00a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.; no on-call; weekend (4 shifts per 6 weeks) and holiday rotations. …
