About this job
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure that residents’ clinical nutrition needs are provided by the food and nutrition services department. Develop a written dietary plan of care that identifies the dietary problems/needs of the resident and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified using the RAI and other authorized facility assessments; review goals for modifications as necessary. Assist in planning meal times appropriate to the resident’s needs/wishes. …
