About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Golf operations at Wright-Patt AFB. Performs any or all of the following duties; issues clubs to members; cleans and inspects clubs for damages; stores equipment in appropriate location, etc.

What you will do

• Performs limited recreation work in support of a golf course.
• Performs any or all of the following duties; issues clubs to members; cleans and inspects clubs for damages; stores equipment in appropriate location; performs light housekeeping duties; cleans golf carts and recharges batteries; accepts reservations: collects fees, operates a cash register and prepares required reports; assist in periodic inventories; and sells golf equipment or accessories.
• Controls tee-off time according to an established time sheet ensures score cards and pencils are available for players; and provides information about the course, as requested.
• May be required to complete a foursome when odd numbers of players are waiting to tee off.

Education

Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation or a signed memorandum indicating the installation's decision on the 3-year residency requirement.

A probationary period may be required. Pre-employment requirements must be satisfactorily met prior to Entrance on Duty (EOD). Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
