Job Summary and Responsibilities The Swing Bed Program Manager provides oversight of the Swing Bed Program ensuring the effectiveness of the plan of care and the patient's satisfaction. The SBPM engages the necessary disciplines and assesses their compliance with the plan of care to return the patient to their pre-hospitalization level of functioning if possible.
