- Identify information required to properly evaluate use of resources.
- Develops and implements sound maintenance management business practices.
- Conducts studies to improve the efficiency of maintenance practices, including inspection.
- Establishes and implements methods and procedures for measuring the overall effectiveness of the maintenance program.
- Provides updates of scheduled maintenance work, manpower requirements by crafts.
- Provides information relating unit cost trends, initial work order estimates to the actual.
- Provide information about work backlogs.
- Collects and evaluates all proposed priority assignments made to new work orders.
- Periodically reviews work order priorities.
- Provides a full range of technical user support and training.
- Analyzes existing reports from computer systems.
