New York Community Care is seeking a Director of Community Outreach to build and lead our brand-new private-pay assisted-living community from the ground up, establishing referral relationships from scratch and becoming the face of the community in the market. You will collaborate with operations and leadership to set occupancy goals, drive monthly tours, and guide pre-opening activities, while delivering compassionate outreach to families and partners.
