Summary: This position involves donor screening, customer service, and whole blood collection. All protocols are clearly documented and taught using inclusive and recurring training sessions. A phlebotomist in this position might work at a fixed donor center location or at various community sites via mobile blood drives and will work with a variety of donors each shift.
