About the Position: This position is with Reynolds Army Health Clinic located at Fort Sill, OK. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Salary negotiation may be available to candidates who are new to Federal service.

What you will do

• Responsible for the clinical pharmacy functions of the military treatment facility (MTF).
• Monitor the dispensing of all pharmaceuticals in the MTF and allied facilities.
• Develop, with the attending physician, pharmacotherapeutic regimens for especially difficult or complex cases.
• Prepare and conduct or oversee training of physicians, pharmacists, and other health care providers on the use of drugs and other pharmaceuticals.
• Prepare and dispense prescriptions to inpatient and outpatients.

Education

Temporary Positions: A temporary position is time limited and may be extended in one year increments to a maximum of three years and may be terminated at any time during the duration of the appointment. Term Positions: A term position is time-limited and may be extended to a maximum of eight years. Position may be designated as Inclement Weather Essential.

The incumbent must make every attempt to report for work on time and/or remain on duty during severe weather conditions. Position may be designated as Emergency Essential. Position may be designated as Key.

Position may be designated as Mission Essential. This may be an obligated position.
