About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Club Operations at Wright-Patt AFB. The primary purpose of this position is to provide support and assist the Club Manager in the economic and efficient operation of outlying food service operations.

- Monitors operations of all outlying food service operations under the club portfolio, assists at the direction of the Club Manager when and where needed.
- Responsible for ensuring prompt completion of monthly inventories and food track accuracy assisting with each area.
- Prepares reports and communicates with leadership regarding significant occurrences during the shift.
- Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned.
- Assures patron satisfaction by resolving ICE complaints and other customer problems.
- Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members, including but not limited to training on proper use and adherence to cost cards and recipes; helps train and roll out new menus at each location.
- Makes themselves available to and provides coverage for managers and supervisors during leave or call offs to provide seamless business continuity at all locations.
- Assists Club Manager with appraisals, discipline and supervisory duties.
- Inspects and maintains facility training and safety binder information for the Clubs Collocated areas.
- Acts as liaison for all Public Health interactions and works with teams to ensure compliance.
- Provides advice and consultation regarding equipment purchases and selection of serving items as well as menu development.
- Interacts with vendor contacts as secondary authorized decision maker for purchasing and specifications for locations.
- Assists with monthly inventories, disposal sheets and transfer documentation for assets.

Individual must fully meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
