Job Description Job Description Carlton Nursing Home is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team! DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under the supervision of an OTR and according to state guidelines. Provide OT in identifying appropriate patients and referring them to rehab accordingly.
