About the role
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a MILITARY & FAMILY READINESS SPECIALIST (TITLE 5), Position Description Number T57014P1 and is part of the NC G1, National Guard (JFHQ - G1 - Soldier and Family Support / Manning Doc 119C/002).
What you will do

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics): - Knowledge required in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to identify, consider, and resolve issues or problems of a procedural or factual nature. - Knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations carried out by administrative personnel. - Knowledge of dealing with problems and relationships of a procedural nature rather than the substance of work operations, issues, or other subjects studied. - Knowledge involving gathering information, identifying and analyzing issues and developing recommendation to resolve substantive problems of effectiveness and efficiency of work operations in a program. - Ability to plan and carry out projects to improve the efficiency and productivity of organizations and employees in administrative support activities. - Ability to contact persons outside of the National Guard, which may include consultants, contractors, or business executive in a moderately unstructured setting. - Ability to advice mangers on non-controversial organization or program related issues and concerns.
