- As a Military Analyst at CIA, you'll provide U.S. policymakers with analysis of foreign military forces' structure, capabilities, doctrine, weapons systems, plans, and tactics.
- You will also explore global strategic military trends.
- Analysts frequently provide briefings and written analysis to senior US policymakers and military leaders.
- You will have opportunities for foreign and domestic travel and language study.
- You will receive tradecraft and leadership training while increasing your substantive expertise through academic study, collaboration with Intelligence Community peers, and professional conferences.
- You may also participate in broadening assignments within the Agency and across the U.S. Government.
Education
Bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: Military History National Security International Relations Defense Studies Political Science War Studies At least a 3.0 GPA on a 4-point scale preferred
