Main duties

  • You will serve as a MARINE INSPECTOR TRAINING OFFICER and be responsible for implementation and management of the unit's Marine Inspector/Port State Control Officer (MI/PSCO) training program, and serves as a subject matter expert providing technical expertise and training leadership in the compliance duties of marine safety, vessel inspection, pollution prevention and vessel manning laws, regulations, treaties, and international conventions.

What you will do

Student Loan - Selectee(s) for this position who are newly appointed to a permanent or term position may be eligible for student loan repayment up to $10,000 (pre-tax) for one calendar year.
