About the role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The pay band NH-03 includes General Schedule grade equivalent GS-12 to GS-13.
Other initiatives under the Acquisition Demonstration Project include simplified classification, streamlined hiring process and expanded developmental opportunities.
What you will do
- Respond to LOR taskers and RFI request and/or other Security Assistance Enterprise stakeholders.
- Perform case development tasks, receives/conducts reviews of LOR, conducts quality review of Letter of Offer and Acceptance Data (LOAD) for basic cases, amendments, modifications, pricing and availability using TPA and enters data into DSAMS.
- Maintains oversight of Directorate ETMS2 Letter of Request (LOR) technical evaluation tasks, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) input, and Technical Evaluations and Utilize Directorate Internal tools and processes.
- Review and provide feedback to draft policy and other internal guidance in support of the directorate, briefs LOA development metric performance to leadership and additional Stakeholders.
- Perform business sustaining functions, manage correspondence, maintain files, coordinate meetings and conferences, complete time and attendance and travel order and provide organizational administrative support services.
- Interprets and disseminates policy and implementing procedures, participate in headquarters support activities, develop command briefings and/or papers and serve as a command representative on external IPTs and working groups.
- Analyze actual and planned logistical, financial, operational, supply, procurement, transportation, maintenance, and training performance to ensure the case is executed in accordance with the Case Master Plan.
