The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting for a Lead Rehabilitation Technician (Lead Domiciliary Assistant). The Lead Rehabilitation Technician (Lead Domiciliary Assistant) will function within Social Work Service.

- Clearly explains the team assignments, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, and/or program issues and review, and deadlines and applicable time frames to complete the work.
- Coaches and develops the team using appropriate tools and techniques to address a variety of issues and situations.
- Oversees general administrative issues regarding subordinates' leave, scheduling, appointments, etc. Provides the team formal and informal training information related to safety and security rounding, customer service, techniques, and resources needed to educate themselves about specific issues.
- Responsibilities include completing safety, security, and privacy inspections, documenting observations, and initiating corrective actions such as work orders.

- Identifies or resolves resident concerns or refers to appropriate staff.
