About the role

This position will serve as a Lead Other Transactions Authority (OTA) Agreements Specialist with responsibility for overseeing and managing the use of OTAs.

What you will do

  • Serves as the expert on all business operations and administrative concerns and problems and is a recognized authority on the OTA mechanism.
  • Advising senior program staff in designing and developing program plans and strategies, including strategic assistance plans, funding plans, resource allocation plans, etc. Develops, recommends and establishes short-and long-term plans for conducting continuing analysis of OTA activities.
  • Formulates and develops strategies and plans for identifying potential or actual OTA problems, analyzes their impact and effects, and develops appropriate solutions.
  • Serves as a senior representative and advisor on all assigned committees and groups which function as reviewing, priority setting, and funding bodies.
  • Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
